Every new Maag Mercure envelope sealer comes with a 90 day warranty from Clean Machine Mailing and a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
The 2 year manufacturer’s warranty covers the following points:
Mechanical and electrical parts.
Functionality, as long as proper handling is ensured and instructions have been complied with.
Wear of rubber parts are not covered under warranty.
