Parts and Supplies Returns within 30 Days of Receiving:
Email us and include your order number along with a list of the specific items you want to return and the reason for the return.
We will reply to your email and let you know if the return is approved. If we approve your return you can send the item(s) back to us and we will give you a full refund minus shipping costs.
Please include your order number or a printout of your order confirmation email with your return.

Parts and Supplies Returns after 30 Days of Receiving:
Over 30 days we only accept returns on certain items.
We will charge a 20% restocking fee for returns after 30 days.
Email us and include your order number along with a list of the specific items you want to return and the reason for the return.

Equipment Returns
We have a 14 day return policy and a 60 day warranty on used equipment. If you need to return something please call us first to get authorization and packing instructions. We cannot accept returns after you have had the item for more than 14 days unless otherwise specified. Returns originated during the first 14 days are accepted if there is a problem with the machine and you have first worked through our technical support. We will extend your warranty period after you contact us and we are working on a solution. If you have a problem with the machine during the first 60 days, you can ship it back to us for free repairs. In the case of a return or warranty service, you are responsible to properly pack the item as well as pay for return shipping costs and insurance. We will repair the machine in a timely manner and ship it back to you free of charge. In some cases we may instead give a full refund.

All Returns Note:
We do NOT accept returns on new sensors and circuit boards.
The item(s) must be unused and in sellable condition. Ink cartridges must be unopened etc.
Please pack your return items very well the way they were when you received them. If we receive the item(s) back damaged due to improper packing we may not be able to issue you a full refund.
