Parts and Supplies Returns within 30 Days of Receiving:
Email or call us and include your order number along with a list of the specific items you want to return and the reason for the return.
We will reply to your email and let you know if the return is approved. If we approve your return you can send the item(s) back to us for a refund.
Please include your order number or a printout of your order confirmation with your return.

Parts and Supplies Returns after 30 Days of Receiving:
Over 30 days we only accept returns on certain items.
We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns after 30 days.

Equipment Returns
We do not accept returns on equipment. However, we will work with you to resolve any problems you may have. All used equipment has a 60 day warranty. If you have a problem and it needs to be returned for repairs, call us first to get authorization and packing instructions. You must first work with our technical support over the phone before sending equipment back for repairs. We will extend your warranty period after you contact us and we are working on a solution. You must pack it the way it was when you received it. We will repair the machine in a timely manner and ship it back to you free of charge. In some cases we may instead give a full refund.

All Returns Important Notes:
We do NOT accept returns on new sensors and circuit boards.
Special Order parts are generally not returnable. Special Order parts say “Special Order / Lead Time” on the picture.
Returnable item(s) must be unused and in sellable condition. Ink cartridges must be unopened etc.
Please pack your return items very well the way they were when you received them. If we receive the item(s) back damaged due to improper packing we may not be able to issue you a full refund.
